Hailing from Goole, Yorks (aka “Sleepy Hollow”), Velvet Star was originally formed back in 2006 with the straight forward intention of playing loud music and having “nothin’ but a good time!” Fast forward eighteen months, the band raised the ante, and armed with an arsenal of killer tunes, they decided to take their infectious blend of hook-laden glam punk on the road.
The Yorkshire combo is now set to hit the road extensively throughout the spring of 2010 in support of their brand new self titled ep, out in shops on 22nd February…these really are exciting times for Velvet Star........
